Adult Dance


Our adult classes are a fun way to get active and have a highly enjoyable hour of exercise mid week.  Whether you danced before or are a beginner, you'll love The Dance Centre Peregian Springs' inspiring Adult classes.  Come and have lots of fun with like-minded ballet, dance and fitness fans and you can even stay after class for a drink downstairs at Benchmark, or head on home in that rosy, healthy glow that comes with a good dance workout carefully taught by a professional teacher to inspiring music.

Class Time:  Wednesday 5.15-6.15

Adult ballet classes are the ultimate in enjoyment and fulfilment.  Especially catering to the discerning adult dancer, some dance experience is necessary, but all fitness levels and ages are welcome.  You can even bring your pointe shoes if you feel ready for that ultimate high of being 'En Pointe.'

Class Time:  Thursday 7.30-8.30

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
